chan Recently i have come across several issues with my connection to my (home) internet. I've found a quickly and easy solution to solve this problem
This would only work if they stated that "this problem cannot be solved by (blah)"
Firstly go click the task bar > search for > help and support > type "internet not working" in the search (help). They will show multiple options > troubleshoot network and Internet connection problems > then click open network connections > right click "properties" > internet protocol version 4/6 > properties > obtain an IP address automatically> click obtain a DNS server address automatically.

Voila! this only works in certain cases like mine. if anything goes wrong it ain't my fault haaha
