chan SYF' 09 is just 11 days away! And i don't know if i should be happy, sad or nervous. This is what i call a case of emotional dilemma. Because we are an inconsistent orchestra, at times we can reach the standard of a gold, yet at times we only can achieve a bronze standard. This worries me the most, because a case of butterflies in my stomach may affect me on the day itself.

I pray daily that TMSCO would be able to achieve a gold for SYF, but i know that the results show how much effort, determination we put in. The temasek wind essemble attained a silver, and they themselves are a reflection of how much effort we SHOULD put in to achieve a gold. Maybe it was because some of their band members were too arrogant and ignorant to ignore comments of critics(seniors). Even though they did not atain a gold, they know they did their best and are still celebrating this fact, inevitably many hold a grudge against the judges up till now.!
